What to look for when buying cannabis flower
Strain type
Indica strains tend toward relaxing, body-heavy effects. Sativas lean energetic and cerebral. Hybrids blend both — most modern strains are technically hybrids leaning one direction or the other.
THC and CBD content
Higher THC (20%+) means stronger effects, not necessarily better weed. New consumers should start in the 10–18% range. CBD-dominant or 1:1 strains are worth considering if you want lighter effects.
Terpenes
Terpenes shape both the aroma and the effect of cannabis. Myrcene leans sedating, limonene leans uplifting, pinene leans clear-headed. Check the COA on the package for the dominant terpenes.

Is your cannabis flower legal and lab-tested?
Every gram comes through the Ontario Cannabis Store supply chain, is sourced from Health Canada licensed producers, and includes a certificate of analysis covering potency and contaminants. We do not sell any grey-market product.
What does the THC percentage on cannabis flower actually mean?
It's the total potential THC by weight in the bud. A 20% THC strain has roughly 200 mg of THC per gram. Higher isn't always better — start lower if you're new to weed or returning after a long break.
How should I store dried flower?
Keep weed in an airtight container away from light, heat and humidity. A glass jar in a cool, dark cupboard works well. Boveda or Integra humidity packs help maintain ideal moisture. Properly stored flower stays fresh for 6–12 months.
Do you deliver weed same-day in the GTA?
Yes — our Brampton store offers same-day cannabis delivery to Brampton and South Caledon, seven days a week until 10pm. Our Shelburne stores deliver across Dufferin County until 8pm.
