What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver same-day across Brampton, South Caledon, Shelburne, Dundalk, Mono and Amaranth from our Brampton, Shelburne East and Shelburne West stores. Palmerston is currently pickup-only. Check the delivery page for the full list of neighbourhoods.

How long does delivery take?

Most same-day orders arrive within 45–120 minutes. Brampton offers same-day delivery until 10pm; Shelburne until 8pm. You'll get SMS updates as your order is packed and dispatched.

How do I pay for my order?

Pay by Interac e-Transfer to info@goldentreecannabis.com, or by credit card. You'll receive instructions at checkout.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes — minimums vary by location and are shown at checkout. Brampton charges a flat delivery fee; Shelburne is $5 in town and $10 out of town.

Do I need ID?

Yes. You must be 19 or older with valid government-issued photo ID to order, pick up or receive cannabis. Our drivers check ID at the door — no exceptions.

Can I order online for in-store pickup?

Absolutely. All four stores support online ordering for pickup. Browse the live menu, place your order and we'll have it ready when you arrive.

Do you price match?

We do our best to stay competitive with other AGCO-licensed Ontario retailers. If you see a lower price locally, mention it in store or by phone and we'll see what we can do.

Question 8

What happens if no one is home when delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

Our driver will attempt to call and text. If we can't reach an of-age recipient with valid ID, the order returns to the store and a restocking fee may apply. Please make sure someone 19+ is available.

Question 9

Can I return cannabis?

Accepted Answer

Health Canada regulations prohibit returns or exchanges of cannabis products once they leave the store. If your order has a quality issue, contact the store directly within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
